Azita Menon Bhonsle is our resident Child Counsellor & Play Therapist at the Heart to Heart Counselling Centre. She is a qualified Play Therapy practitioner with a Diploma in Integrative Counselling. She is a member of the National Association for Play Therapy and is proficient at working with children with Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
What is Play Therapy?
Play therapy is not just play—it’s a transformative tool that allows children to articulate their feelings and navigate their inner worlds through creative expression. This method helps them learn to emotionally regulate themselves by mastering coping skills. It also helps them resolve conflicts by enhancing their emotional intelligence and social skills in a fun, engaging way.
